This catalogue focuses mainly on the relationship between the portuguese artist Almada Negreiros and the Theatre.
Above all it calls the attention to the performance of Gil Vicente Auto da Alma, presented by Rey Colaço-Robles Monteiro Company, at S. Carlos National Theatre, in 1965.  This performance was directed by Almada Negreiros who also designed the settings and stage costumes.
